The following picture is everything that I consumed for the day. Scroll down for the descriptions!


Breakfast:
-Frittata Omelet with Maple Sausage

Lunch:
-Italian Chicken
-Normandy Blend: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Zucchini, Yellow squash

Snacks:
-Cucumber
-Grape Tomatoes
-Iced Coffee with Unsweetened Almond Milk and Truvia

Dinner:
-Seaweed Salad x 2
-Cold Sesame Noodles (Family dinner, takeout)

-I was able to drink 5-16.9oz water bottles which equals 84.5 for the day!

One Reflection:
-Even though we had takeout tonight, I made healthy(healthier) choices and am happy about that!
