Breakfast:
-Cheddar Omelet with Bacon: The bacon is not my favorite.
-Cherry Coke Zero

Lunch:
-Apple and Gouda Sausage: Tasty but very oily!
-Scandinavian Blend: Peas, Zucchini, Green beans, Carrots, Onions, and Salt
-Sliced Cucumbers
-Hickory Smoked Tuna Pouch

Snack:
-Rosemary Almonds
-2 Cadbury Mini Eggs

Dinner:
-Angus Burger
-Shirataki Noodles with Tuna Pouch(in water) and Arrabbiata Sauce cooked in Pam Olive Oil Spray.

-I was able to drink 6-16.9oz water bottles which equals 101.4oz for the day!

One Reflection:
-I am trying to increase my protein consumption and decrease my fat/carb consumption. PTF can be pretty high in fat, hence all the tuna that I had today. However, I am happy to have stayed on track.
