Breakfast:
-Cheddar Omelet with Bacon: The bacon was a little sub par today but overall, really happy and even happier that I had a break from the cheddar omelet because today it hit the spot! LOL
-Cherry Coke Zero
Lunch:
-Cranberry and Cognac Sausage: Tasty but very oily!
-Nantucket Blend: Broccoli, Carrots, Yellow carrots, Sugar snap peas, Red peppers, and Cranberries (Sugar and Sunflower oil)
-Grape Tomatoes with Mozzarella Balls
Snack:
-Sliced Cucumbers
-Herb and Garlic Tuna Pouch
-Rosemary Almonds
Dinner:
-Mesquite Chicken Breast: One of my favorites but PTF sent like 1.5 servings worth in one package.
-Cauliflower Florets
-Shirataki Noodles with Baby Corn and Arrabbiata Sauce cooked in Pam Olive Oil Spray.
-I was able to drink 8-16.9oz water bottles which equals 135.2oz for the day!
