Breakfast:
-Frittata Omelet with Bacon: First time having any bacon from this meal service and it was a nice change from the maple sausage (even though I love the maple sausage! LOL).
-Diet Coke

Lunch:
-Garden Turkey Burger: soooo good
-Oriental Stir Fry: Green beans, Broccoli, Carrots, Celery, Onions, Water chestnuts, and Red peppers
-Grape Tomatoes with Mozzarella Balls

Snack:
-Sliced Cucumbers
-Lemon Pepper Tuna Pouch

Dinner:
-Turkey Meatballs: I thought these might taste off compared to the regular meatballs but they are actually extremely tasty. My only issue is- they can get dry and almost harden really quickly.
-Green Zucchini
-Shirataki Noodles with Baby Corn with Arrabbiata Sauce (Such a good sauce with a little zing!)
-Cherry Coke Zero

-I was able to drink 7-16.9oz water bottles which equals 118.3oz for the day!

Exercise: (**TODAY WAS THE FIRST DAY THAT I WAS ALLOWED BACK AT THE GYM- had a burst fracture!**)
