Still trying to get back on track…

Breakfast: Frittata omelet and maple sausage 

Lunch: Spicy breaded chicken breast (first time trying it- delicious but probably not one of the healthier choices) with Caribbean blend vegetables.

Dinner: Cranberry and cognac sausage with Venice blend vegetables. 

Snacks: Pistachios, cheese stick, grape and raspberry ice Crystal light. 

What I am doing to achieve my June goals and get back on track: 

  • 23,000 steps
  • Drank a gallon of water
