Breakfast– coffee with sugar free coffee mate, western omelet with maple sausage.

Lunch- Dillicious Chicken Fillet (first time trying this, I was craving something like a chicken patty and it really hit the spot!) with oriental stir fry vegetables.

Dinner- Mixed vegetables with sesame ginger chicken. 

Snacks: Cucumbers and my favorite jalapeño cheese stick. 


What I am doing to achieve my June goals:

  • 30 sec plank (day 4 of 30 day plank challenge)
  • 23,000 steps
  • Drank a gallon of water
