Feeling more tired than usual… Coffee makes me feel tired all day… I don’t know why I even drink it!! Haha. 

Breakfast- Frittata omelet with breakfast sausage and coffee with sugar free coffee mate. 

Lunch- Sicilian blend vegetables with Apple and Gouda Sausage.

Dinner- Venice blend vegetables with garlic herb chicken. 

Snacks- Cucumbers and 2 Crystal light packets and more coffee. 

What I am doing to achieve my June goals: 

  • 26,000 steps
  • 100 squats
  • 20 second plank (day 2 of 30 day plank challenge)
  • 80 kettlebell swings 

**side-note: I saw someone with a skip- it today and I must have one!**
