It’s been a hectic weekend! Yesterday’s info:

Breakfast: Frittata omelet with maple sausage. I also had coffee with sugar free coffee mate creamer. 

Lunch: Oriental stir fry vegetables with savory chicken strips. 

Dinner: Mesquite chicken with yellow squash. 

Snacks: Cucumbers, Crystal Light, and low- sodium Pistachios. 

What I am doing to achieve my goals this month: 

  • I drank a gallon of water
  • 26,000 steps
  • 100 squats
  • 80 kettlebell swings
  • 20-sec plank (day 1 of 30 day plank challenge)

**My second order of PTF food came for weeks 3 and 4 so I spent a lot of time organizing that!**
