Breakfast– 1 egg patty with 2 maple sausages 

Lunch- Normandy blend vegetables with grilled chicken tender breast and a cup of cucumbers.

Dinner- Butter roasted chicken breast with broccoli florets. 

Snacks- Pistachios and Raspberry ice flavored water. 



What I am doing to meet my goals: 

  • I drank a gallon of water
  • On top of 23000 steps, 100 kettleball swings and 50 squats.
