Breakfast- cheddar omelet with breakfast sausage and Crystal Light Grape flavor.
Lunch- Fiesta blend vegetables with meatballs with onions (still my favorite) and a Diet Coke.
Dinner- Garden blend vegetables with the Cranberry and Cognac Sausage.
Snacks: 2 cups of cucumbers, jalapeño string cheese
- I had a gallon of water
- On top of 25000 steps, I did 100 alternating military press with Dumbbells and 20 (each side) single leg, single arm dumbbell toe touch
