Oh my goodness, I am so excited! My food arrived on Thursday and I just started my first day of the clear liquid fast today. First thing that I did was unpack it all and tried to organize the food as best that I could in the freezer… That was not easy!

I am on the 3 meals a day program. If this goes well, I am going to try the Rev program that is geared toward women. I felt like just getting used to this meal plan would be the best first step and then I will make the transition to breakfast, protein and vegetable lunch, and then a double vegetable dinner. Wish me luck!
