2017: 365 Days to Reach My Goals

Just like every other year, I am hoping that this year will be the year where I do much self improvement. In 2016, I tried and failed. I had my ups, I had my downs, but mainly, my habits got worse and I reached exactly zero goals/resolutions (mostly fitness/body related) that I set for myself and actually ended up gaining nearly 20 pounds! This year, I am very dedicated to achieving what I want. Yeah yeah, I know I say this all the time but for some reason, I feel different this year. Instead of looking and dwelling on all of the obstacles, I am actually excited to see how I accomplish and overcome these obstacles! Here’s to a year of dedication, improvement, love, and laughter!
